The Automatic Cleaning Cart is an innovative CIP cleaning system developed by Wuxi Zhanghua Pharmaceutical Equipment Co., Ltd., specifically designed for cleaning various pharmaceutical equipment and other large-scale industrial machinery such as reactors, crystallizers, and filter dryer systems. It features mobility, ease of operation, and thorough cleaning performance, making it widely applicable in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.

The system mainly consists of a mobile frame, cleaning solution storage tank, detergent mixing tank, two horizontal centrifugal pumps, one vertical multistage centrifugal pump, and one conductivity meter, interconnected by piping. During operation, detergent and cleaning solution are fed into the mixing tank via the first horizontal centrifugal pump, where they are thoroughly blended by agitation. The mixed solution is then delivered to the target equipment via the vertical multistage centrifugal pump for the first cleaning cycle.

After the first cleaning, the solution stored in the cleaning tank is pumped again by the vertical multistage centrifugal pump for a second cleaning cycle. Upon completion, a small amount of cleaning solution is extracted by the second horizontal centrifugal pump and sent to the conductivity meter for analysis to confirm whether the final cleaning standard has been met.

The entire process is controlled via a PLC and touch screen interface, ensuring efficient, convenient, and reliable operation.
