Summary
This unit is developed on the basis of the design principle of double-cone vacuum rotary dryer and integrate the advantages of "3 in 1" tank and double-cone dryer. It can be made from SS304, SS316L, Ti, Hastelloy, PTFE lined or other materials. It is a multifunctional unit with reaction, crystallization, condensing, filtering, cleaning, drying, crashing, etc. The biggest advantages of this unit are its multifunction, small covering area, small investment, simple operation, high efficiency, low labor strength, high safety, long service life, convenient installation, etc. The unit is suitable for pharmaceutical and chemical products with high additional valuable materials, or poisonous, flammable, explosive, little batch. It is even applicable for the material that must meet the GMP request.
Design principle
1.The center of this container is a cylindrical shape; both ends are in the conical shape. The top part of the cone is designed for loading and unloading with the opening type. In addition, in-situ sampling device is also installed. Another side of the cone installs a filtering plate, in which is the metal sinter net with six layers made from 316L and imported from Japan. It has many advantages, such as high filtering accuracy, high strength, convenient installation and low cost, etc.
2.The vacuum absorbing cover is designed in the central part of the container, which has four vacuum heads totally. This kind of vacuum heads is made from the 316L metal sinter net with six layers, which is also imported from Japan. It has following advantages: convenient replacement, easy to clean, anti-blowing and no fleck, etc.
3.At the vacuum part, there are devices for loading material in place, loading lotion in place, pressing and filtering in place, loading for protecting gas-nitrogen and sterilizing interface, etc.
4.This unit has the man-machine interface control and explosion-proof control in all the working procedures of reaction, crystallization, condensing, filtering, cleaning, drying.
Work principle:
1.Reaction, crystallization and concentration stage:
The cone with mixer is downward. Mixing form can be chosen freely according to the characters of materials. The material is sent to the equipment from loading position on the side of the equipment. The continuous turning of the mixing blade makes reaction, crystallization and concentration.
2.Filtering stage:
Rotate the container for 180 degrees and turn the cone with the filtering plate downward. Connect the bottom of this cone with a vacuum device and complete the separation of filter cake and mother liquid.
3.Washing stage:
After filtering, take into the lotion, then start the mixing liquid, rotate the container at the same time, crash the filter cake and purify it further by lotion, then wash the rest mother liquid and dehydrate.
4.Drying stage:
After the second filtering stage, anti-blow the container by nitrogen gas through the vacuum orifice. Make the filter cake separate from the filter net. Rotate the container, and in this process, let the filter cake crashed by crasher. Make the hot water circulate in the jacket to heat the whole container, dry the material under the vacuum condition. Sampling in place process is also done. The tornado separation machine can catch and gather the tiny powder while the condenser can collect organic solvent.
Electrical control:
1.The operation site uses the man-machine interface control or explosion proof control. One craft parameter is set in each working procedure, so it can be operated automatically under the normal work conditions, and also can be manually operated according to different sorts of materials.
2.All electrical equipments in the operation site are designed with explosion proof class dB Ⅱ.
